Arnaud Martin

Arnaud’s career started at Cosworth 1997, with the current founders of Integral Powertrain Ltd (IP), whom he would re-join later in his career.

At Cosworth Racing, Formula1 engine group he worked as performance development & track support engineer to- Minardi, Stewart GP, Jaguar and Red Bull. In 2006 he joined RML Group becoming Director of Powertrain.

He had many highlights during his career including designing the 2010WTCC (Chevrolet) winning engine & becoming 2011 RACE TECH Engine designer of the year.

Arnaud joined the Integral e-Drive team in 2017 to lead the motor/invertor programme that powered the VW to world records.
